Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Deposits may be applied toward future sessions if rescheduled within proper notice.

• Final files will not be delivered until all balances are paid in full.

 

Scheduling

• 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation or rescheduling is not done within this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

• New sessions will require a new deposit.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may reduce available recording time.

 

Revisions

• Reasonable revisions are included with mixing and mastering services.

• Excessive revisions or changes beyond the original project scope may incur additional charges.

 

Guests

• Due to the nature of the recording environment, attendance is limited to individuals directly involved in the project.

• Additional guests must be approved in advance.

 

Creative Services

• Minor lyrical suggestions and performance feedback may be provided during sessions.

• Songwriting, co-writing, vocal production, arrangement services, and artist development are billed separately.
